To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we ship from our regional fulfillment centers located in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and Asia. Orders are automatically routed to the warehouse best positioned to serve your shipping destination.

  • United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • European Union: 7–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 8–15 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the selected delivery method.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the product or checkout page.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect after shipment confirmation.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside of our fulfillment regions may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, your local postal service, or building management (if applicable).
  • If the package cannot be located, contact our support team within 7 business days of the marked delivery date at info@sorelle.com.
  • We are not liable for orders lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing claims with the carrier if needed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.
  • Sorelle is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If your address needs to be updated, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to make changes.

Split Shipments

  • Depending on inventory availability, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels from different fulfillment centers.
  • In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
